Michael is a Partner in the national Employment Solutions tax team and has over 25 years’ experience as a tax professional.
His expertise covers all aspects of PAYE/NIC, including assisting client’s in fulfilling their employment tax obligations. He also advises on employment status and IR35, payroll, employee benefits and reward, termination payments and National Minimum/Living Wage.
This experience covers dealing extensively with and advising on client’s interaction with UK tax authorities.
Michael is part of the national leadership team but also leads the North and Scotland’s Employment Solutions team as well as KPMG’s public sector team.
He works with a wide range of employers across all sectors including FTSE 100 companies, public sector organisations and owner managed businesses.
