Matthew is a Managing Director in KPMG Corporate Finance’s Financial Services M&A team and has experience of advising on a range of acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, capital raisings and IPOs involving private and public companies. Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Matthew worked for Nationwide Building Society and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
