Jules is a Partner within KPMG’s Integration & Separation function and leads the Synergy team and the wider UK Regions in I&S team. Jules has over 20 years deals experience across a wide range of industries and has worked on over 200 deals. Jules started his career with Ford Motor Co where he worked for 8 years in various management roles in the Finance function Jules specialises in helping clients drive value from their acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures (JVs). A specialist in Synergy identification and delivery he challenges clients to maximise the value from their transactions and then helps them to realise that value in focused integration and separation planning and execution.
