Increasingly, Lavinia is also supporting clients in meeting their e-invoicing / Pillar 2 data requirements through use of their ERP(s) / source systems / data warehouses as these obligations become more prevalent and pick up pace.
Lavinia leads the Workday Tax capability at KPMG and uses KPMG’s Powered Enterprise Tax methodology to ensure a robust and efficient implementation process when designing and implementing ERP tax configuration for her clients.
Lavinia is also Lean 6 Sigma certified and experienced in running process transformation programmes using KPMG’s Powered Enterprise Tax methodology to improve the efficiency of her client’s end-to-end tax compliance processes.
