Alan Taggart leads the Asset Management Advisory Practice. He is a Chartered Engineer and has extensive experience at a senior level in transforming asset intensive organisations to deliver more effective and efficient outcomes through aligning strategic intent with on the ground delivery, working across the asset lifecycle. This includes standing up asset management improvement and transformation programmes, development of business cases, supporting regulatory planning and improving operational and maintenance outcomes.
He works across with a variety of infrastructure organisations such as National Highways, Network Rail the Department for Transport, the Ministry of Defence, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, London Underground and various water and power companies.
