Tim is a Partner in KPMG UK’s transfer pricing team and is the proposition leader for Value Chain Management (VCM). He designs, implements and defends global operating models for Multinational Companies. Tim is also KPMG's UK Head of Tax Policy
Tim has worked in the field of international tax for almost 30 years, specialising in transfer pricing and operating model restructuring since 2007. During that time he has led and supported on some of the most high-profile projects with global clients, and helped to develop the firm's Value Chain Analysis methodology.
Tim’s clients span a range of industries, including life sciences, technology, consumer goods, energy and natural resources and industrial manufacturing.
Tim is KPMG’s UK head of tax policy, acting as the principal policy contact for HMRC and HM Treasury as well as KPMG’s tax voice in the media. He features regularly in the UK and European media on tax and geopolitical topics, including BBC Radio and TV, The Times, Telegraph, FT and Bloomberg, and has a monthly tax column in CityAM.
