    Susie is passionate about the power customer knowledge has to unlock commercial opportunities.

    For more than 20 years, Susie has been helping organisations better understand their customer attitudes and behaviours to identify sources of value and growth. Having specialised in branding and communications for a number of global brands, Susie moved into heading up customer research at M&S, where she oversaw the launch of Per Una, M&S credit card and the introduction of third party, ensuring customer was at the heart of commercial decisions from store to board.

    Since moving into consultancy, Susie has worked across multiple sectors helping clients embed customer knowledge into organisations, brining a commercial and strategic lens to consumer insight delivery.
