Rick is a Partner in the M&A team, based out of Manchester. He also leads KPMG’s Private Equity business in the North for Deal Advisory. Rick trained as an ACA in KPMG’s audit practice before moving into M&A in 2010. Since then, he has advised on over 40 transactions, including sell side transactions, buyside transactions and supporting management teams on IPO listings. He specialises in transactions involving Private Equity – selling Private Equity-backed businesses or advising shareholders on the sale to Private Equity. Transaction deal sizes range from £5-500m.
