Nisha Sharma leads KPMG's Technology, Media and Telco M&A business across the North of England. Based in Manchester, Nisha advises clients across the TMT space on full and partial exits, strategic options, and growth investment. Given the nature of the TMT space, this involves having a sound knowledge and access to an international buyer audience and private equity. With over 20 years of M&A experience, Nisha has advised on various types of transactions including management buyouts, fundraises, carve-outs, acquisitions and disposals. Deal sizes vary from £10m through to £300m+. As well as her role in Corporate Finance, Nisha is a keen ambassador of driving the Diversity and Inclusion agenda across the national practice.
Prior to joining KPMG, Nisha started her professional career at a London-based software start-up after reading Computer Science at the University of Nottingham.
