The team advises on business case development, financial structuring, funding, delivery model creation and procurement for large infrastructure projects in the P&U sector. Speciality of the team is in creating new delivery models and auction models. The team advises regulators, corporates, developers and investors for effective and efficient delivery of infrastructure assets leading to successful financial close / FID.
