James is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Tax team based in London, with over 20 years of experience working with multinational groups and advising them on their complex international tax issues. He leads KPMG's Deal Advisory Tax practice for corporate clients.
He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on a wide range of issues including corporate acquisitions, demergers, structuring and group reorganisations, intellectual property, financing and corporate migrations.
James advises clients across a number of different sectors but has a particular focus on the Media, Technology and Sport sectors and those industries which are centred on the cross-border exploitation of intellectual property rights. His clients include both UK and overseas parented groups.
