Essi is a Director in the London Transfer Pricing team and is the Compliance & Transformation Lead for Financial Services clients. As part of this role, she helps clients strategise their approach to global transfer pricing documentation and implementation, including automation considerations.

A financial controller by background, Essi later transitioned into transfer pricing which she has been practising for over 15 years, servicing clients in the Financial Services sectors primarily. She has extensive experience both as an advisor and as an in-house professional as she started off her career in the Paris Head Office of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and also worked at Allianz Worldwide Partners.

Her financial controller experience allows her to support clients with practical implementation projects in the Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) space, mainly when it comes to designing, rolling out and automating efficient cost allocation models. Technology enablement for transfer pricing is also a focus of Essi’s role, as she helps clients consider and implement fit-for-purpose tools for transfer pricing documentation production and policy implementation automation.
