Emma is the Head of Strategy and Markets for KPMG’s health team and supports the team to grow and be successful in the market on a daily basis. Emma combines 22 years of NHS and consultancy experience in the UK and EMEIA. Prior to her current role, she successfully delivered high-impact results in operational, quality and financial improvement, successfully leading the response to some of healthcare’s most complex challenges.
