Dave is an experienced Director with over 18 years of audit, assurance and transaction experience leading teams from our Birmingham, London, Milton Keynes and Watford offices. He currently leads our Enterprise business unit in Watford focussing on privately owned, PE backed and subsidiaries of overseas owner managed businesses. Dave also leads our Pensions Audit business across Gatwick, Ipswich and Watford.
Dave has extensive experience of working with clients reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. He has advised clients in relation to mergers, acquisitions and disposals as well as listing and de-listing transactions. Dave has wide ranging sector experience including Automotive, Business Services, Distribution, Healthcare, Leisure, Manufacturing, Pensions, Retail and Technology.
