Craig is Head of Financial Services for KPMG in the South Region, leading the firm’s relationships with major institutions across banking, insurance and wealth & asset management. He has over 20 years’ experience advising boards and executive teams on strategic direction, regulatory response and enterprise-wide transformation.
He works closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver complex change programmes, from regulatory reform and operating model evolution through to digital modernisation and cost transformation. Craig has led significant finance and HR transformation initiatives, helping organisations strengthen core functions to enhance governance, performance and long-term scalability.
As a senior relationship lead, he brings together multidisciplinary expertise to address clients’ most pressing challenges — ensuring organisations have access to the right insight, capability and delivery support across the full spectrum of financial services priorities.
Craig acts as a trusted point of contact for senior executives navigating change, providing clarity, coordination and senior sponsorship across complex and evolving agendas.
