Candice is a partner leading our global GBS and Outsourcing Advisory Capability based out of London. Candice has over 25 years in the Global Business Services space, both in Industry and Operations and works across multiple industries and across the entire Shared Services life-cycle. In recent years she has created the strategy for Government shared services over the next 10 years, implemented Captive Centres in Portugal and India and led transformational programmes for GBS organisations across Private Sector giants.
