Simon is Partner and Vice Chair at KPMG in the UK. Prior to this he was responsible for enhancing key insurance client relationships for the UK firm’s Markets Practice.
Simon has over 20 years’ financial services experience in both the UK and internationally, helping companies to successfully evolve and adapt to the constantly changing landscape in which they operate. His insurance experience spans the sector’s whole ecosystem; working with large and complex organisations down to insurtech start-ups. Simon has built strong relationships, from Chief Executive/Board level through to first line management, enabling him to understand their needs and suggest the best approach to help them reach their growth ambitions. He has become a go-to person in the industry for talent support; helping Boards to realise their talent internally or find the right people outside of the client organisation, along with coaching and succession planning.
Simon’s ability to understand the needs of insurance clients and translate that into what and how we do things has secured his enviable reputation both within KPMG and the marketplace.
