Rupert is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in software license management, contract compliance, investigations and external audit.
He helps clients to manage risk and maximise value in their trust-based contractual relationships, including software licensing, royalty and distribution channels.
He has led regional and global programmes of work for clients in all sectors and has helped clients recover or preserve value in the hundreds of millions of pounds. He has particular expertise in the management of IBM software contracts and leads KPMG’s IBM Client Value Acceleration practice, helping clients maximise the value they obtain from their IBM agreements.
