Rosanna is a Partner in KPMG UK's Financial Services People practice, specialising in workforce transformation, skills and talent and risk culture within financial services. She advises banks and other financial institutions on how to build future-ready workforces, strengthen culture and deliver complex transformation programmes.
Rosanna's experience spans skills and capability strategies, learning transformation, talent management, organisational design, culture and conduct, and regulatory change. She has led large-scale transformation programmes for global and UK financial institutions, including risk culture assessments, culture audits, regulatory remediation and large-scale learning initiatives.
Rosanna works with clients to strengthen organisational effectiveness, embed effective risk behaviours and build the critical skills and capabilities required to deliver sustainable performance in an evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
