Nathan is the Deal Execution TMT sector lead and has over 20 years of transaction support experience both as an advisor and as an in-house principal for a global SI/Tech distributor, successfully delivering results from over 50 complex cross-border transactions.
He has extensive TMT carve out experience, recently supporting leading the multi-service line carve out of a £300m EV software authentication business and supporting the carve out of 8 data centres divested by EXA Infrastructure. He also led the day to day integration management office for LSEG in their data focused acquisition of Refinitiv.
