Patricia is a Partner in KPMG UK’s transfer pricing practice with over 20 years of transfer pricing experience. During her career in transfer pricing Patricia has worked in London, New York and Madrid.
Patricia’s client base is broad and with her extensive transfer pricing experience she now specialises on transfer pricing in Deals, providing support throughout the deal lifecycle, including exit readiness, due diligence, vendor assist, and post-deal value realisation and IP structuring transactions.
A significant part of her work involves working with Private Equity backed businesses as well as asset management groups, in particular Private Equity.
