Nilesh is a Partner in KPMG UK's Advisory practice, specialising in helping Private Equity investors and portfolio companies unlock value through technology-enabled transformation. He leads KPMG's Office of the CTO proposition, working with Operating Partners, portfolio company executives and technology leaders to accelerate growth, improve operational performance and maximise investment returns.
With more than 25 years of experience across consulting, technology leadership and portfolio company operations, Nilesh advises clients in translating investment objectives into practical value creation initiatives. His experience spans technology strategy, operating model transformation, digital and business transformation, enterprise platforms, data and AI, technology cost optimisation, cyber resilience, and M&A-related technology programmes.
Nilesh brings a unique combination of advisor and operator experience, having worked extensively with Private Equity funds, Operating Partners, boards and executive leadership teams, as well as holding senior leadership positions within a PE-backed organisation. This enables him to combine strategic insight with practical execution, helping clients realise tangible business outcomes through technology.
At KPMG, Nilesh is focused on building market-leading capabilities that support value creation throughout the investment lifecycle, from post-deal stabilisation and transformation through to exit readiness and value realisation.
