Erica is an experienced transfer pricing professional, with over 18 years’ experience advising clients on transfer pricing and the implementation of tax-effective business models. Erica joined KPMG’s transfer pricing team in 2008 and led the KPMG UK TP practice between 2022 and 2025.
Erica’s experience covers the full lifecycle of transfer pricing, including model design, documentation, implementation and dispute resolution. Erica’s clients span a number of sectors including consumer, media, technology and diversified industrials. Recent projects include:
- Leading the design and implementation of a new transfer pricing model for centralised IP ownership, including value chain analysis, valuation and exit charge analysis for a media business.
- Advising a listed technology company on their operating model design, including value chain analysis, preparation of transfer pricing documentation and financial modelling.
- Leading the US-UK APA for a complex profit split model for an entertainment business.
- Delivering the feasibility analysis and roadmap for the European restructuring of a US headquartered consumer business.
- Designing and implementing management services recharge model for a decentralised industrials group, including the financial model.
- Developing the transfer pricing and corporate tax analysis for the establishment of a centralised brand management hub by a large multinational consumer company.
- Leading the global outsourced TP documentation for a technology group across 30+ jurisdictions
- Leading the TP compliance for a luxury group across 90+ entities.
- Erica has presented at external KPMG events and the annual IBC Transfer Pricing Minds event and published articles with KPMG and Bloomberg’s BNA on transfer pricing. She was also identified as a Leading Expert in Transfer Pricing 2025 by Financier Worldwide.
