Patrick leads KPMG’s Financial Management Advisory practice, where he is responsible for overseeing KPMG service offerings for Finance function performance improvement. He is also responsible for KPMG thought leadership and investments in these areas. Patrick specialises in developing Finance strategies and operating models for large, global organisations, as well as working with his clients to implement their transformation projects. Patrick has worked extensively across a range of industries. In addition, Patrick sits on KPMG’s global EPM steering group and leads KPMG investment in the UK in Cloud Finance technology.
