David is a Principal at KPMG and serves as KPMG’s Global Sovereign, Pension and Infrastructure tax lead partner. He has more than 20 years of experience providing planning and structuring services to institutional investors. David’s practice is concentrated on advising institutions in relation to US and international tax matters. Recent activities include advising sovereigns, pensions and consortiums on investments, acquisitions, refinancings and exit strategies across various asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity and public capital markets. Prior to this role, Dave was the Global Lead for KPMG’s FATC network, as well as the U.S. National Inbound Tax Network Lead.
