David is an experienced audit partner and works across our Milton Keynes and London offices. He has more than 20 years’ experience of auditing and advising his clients. He leads audit, accounting and other engagements for a variety of clients including large multinational and domestic listed groups, inbound subsidiary companies, private equity backed and owner managed groups.
His core sector specialisms include manufacturing, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, transport and construction. David also has extensive experience of working with the intricacies of revenue recognition principles under US GAAP and IFRS. David serves and has served as audit engagement partner to a number of private equity backed businesses. David also leads KPMG’s relationship with a number of clients providing advice and support through KPMG teams including transaction services, corporate finance, management consulting, direct and indirect tax, and pensions.
