      Caroline has more than 20 years of Financial Services experience. She has been a full-time Deals specialist based in London for 18 years, after 6 and a half years in assurance in Australia.

      Caroline advises corporate and private equity clients in the Banking, Market Infrastructure and Fintech sectors on a range of buy-side, sell-side, capital markets transactions and strategic considerations including Balance Sheet Optimisation.

      Caroline has extensive experience large, complex, multi-disciplinary and non-standard Financial Services transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including:

      • The acquisition of £4 billion of loan portfolio entities from Kensington Mortgages on behalf of Goldman Sachs and a private investor.
      • Advising a Non-Bank Lender on the sale of a £1bn BTL loan portfolio.
      • Mergers between listed and unlisted Banks and Non-Bank Lenders, and
      • the carve out of a consumer finance and card business of a Pan-Nordic banking group
