Caroline has extensive experience large, complex, multi-disciplinary and non-standard Financial Services transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including:
- The acquisition of £4 billion of loan portfolio entities from Kensington Mortgages on behalf of Goldman Sachs and a private investor.
- Advising a Non-Bank Lender on the sale of a £1bn BTL loan portfolio.
- Mergers between listed and unlisted Banks and Non-Bank Lenders, and
- the carve out of a consumer finance and card business of a Pan-Nordic banking group
