Based in the UK, Stuart has extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across Europe, North America and Asia. A Chartered Accountant, he combines deep expertise in finance and operating model transformation with practical programme delivery experience, enabling organisations to navigate complex change while maintaining operational resilience and control.
Stuart is passionate about helping clients modernise finance and corporate services functions through the application of digital technologies, data-driven insight and innovative delivery models. He works closely with executive teams to design and implement future-ready operating models that improve performance, strengthen governance and controls, and support long-term growth.
