Oxana leads the Beauty & Wellness industry for the practice. Oxana and her team work with global brands and high-growth disruptors, manufacturers, retailers and investors in the sector helping executives and their teams to achieve strategic clarity and commercial success.
Oxana has more than 20 years’ experience leading commercial strategy, category strategy, channel strategy, growth strategy, commercial transformation and value creation programmes, blending blue chip operational leadership with top tier advisory experience.
Before joining KPMG, she held senior strategy and commercial roles in the beauty industry, including at L’Oréal, The Body Shop, Garnier, and Avon / Natura &Co, where she helped drive large scale business transformation and innovation agendas. She forged her commercial and strategic advisory skillset in the Bain & Co London office.
