Neil leads the Business Services M&A team with a particular focus on professional services and has extensive experience in Accounting, Legal and wider professional services.
He re-joined KPMG in February 2022 having spent 18 months leading the in-house M&A strategy at Azets, a £500m+ revenue pan-European Accountancy services roll-up sponsored by Hg Capital during which time he led seven major acquisitions.
Prior to joining Azets Neil was a Director in the KPMG Business Services M&A team in London and worked on a variety of high profile deals including working with Plc’s, Private Equity (as buyers and sellers of businesses) and owner managed businesses on sales to trade and private equity.
Neil has worked has significant experience in industry having worked in three PE backed business and spending five years working in Board level roles at Azets. SPS Group and VictoriaPlum.com.
Neil began his career at KPMG and spent ten years in KPMGs regional M&A team based in Leeds working on, and leading mid-market transactions across a variety of markets.
