Mythrayi is a Tax Partner focusing on Infrastructure M&A Tax. She has over 18 years’ of tax experience, most of which has been spent on deals, during which she has delivered complex structuring advice both for UK and cross-border transactions. Her clients are global infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and pension funds looking to invest in the UK and European secondary infrastructure, energy and renewables markets.
Mythrayi has spent time working overseas at KPMG’s member firms in Amsterdam and New York as well having undertaken various client secondments.
