      David Miller leads KPMG UK’s Enterprise Risk Services Advisory business, overseeing a multidisciplinary practice that spans all markets – from Financial Services to Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare, as well as Energy and Corporates. As a Partner with over 25 years’ experience, David is recognised as a trusted adviser to boards and executive teams, guiding major firms through complex regulatory transformation and remediation programmes. While his expertise is rooted in Financial Services, David’s role now encompasses advisory work across a broader range of sectors, leading KPMG’s teams that support our clients in addressing their most pressing financial and non-financial risks.

      David has a track record leading large-scale governance and oversight reviews, past-business remediation, Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty engagements, Risk and Compliance Transformation exercises, and supporting firms in their regulatory relationship management. He has prepared firms for FCA supervisory visits, thematic reviews and other regulatory interactions, and has directed Skilled Person (s166) reviews across the Financial Services sector. David also leads KPMG’s regulatory insurance propositions, covering Conduct of Business regulation and Governance, Risk & Compliance – including SMCR for insurers.
