      Clare is a Global Lead Partner at KPMG, working with energy and utilities organisations on large scale digital, AI enabled, technology and transformation programmes. She supports senior leaders in navigating complex risk, controls and governance challenges, including emerging environmental, social and governance requirements.

      With over two decades of experience across the energy and resources sector, Clare brings deep understanding of the operational, regulatory and transformation pressures facing energy and utilities organisations. She works closely with executive teams to help modernise how risk and controls are managed, and to use digital tools, automation and analytics to drive greater efficiency, insight and value. Before joining KPMG, Clare was a Managing Director at Accenture in the Resources team, where she led complex transformation programmes for energy and resources clients. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at PwC, focused on enterprise transformation and programme delivery.

      Clare is known for her pragmatic, outcomes focused approach and for supporting organisations through periods of significant change, helping them deliver transformation that is robust, scalable and sustainable.
