Siobhan is a Corporate Tax Partner and leads KPMG’s UK Real Estate Tax Transactions team. Prior to this role, Siobhan spent three years as the Head of Tax and Legal for the Midlands, leading KPMG’s 200 strong tax team across Birmingham and Nottingham offices.
Siobhan has more than 25 years of UK tax experience, providing strategic advice to UK and International clients seeking to invest in, or develop, UK real estate. Her client portfolio includes property investors, property developers, housebuilders, social housing providers, HNWIs, Non-Resident Landlords and institutional investors in real estate.
Siobhan has a specialism around transactional taxes, having advised across a range of acquisitions, sales, joint venture structuring and refinancing transactions.
