The team identify and support high potential scaleups across the UK and work alongside them to accelerate their success and overcome the challenges of scaling a fast growth business. We are here to work organically with businesses, delivering traditional and new KPMG services and support throughout their business lifecycle.
The Emerging Giants team work directly with clients, support external scaleup programmes including Grow London Global (London and Partners) and ASCEND (The Greater Manchester Growth Hub), work with Universities to support their spinout companies and have also created new propositions delivering traditional Big 4 support in a very non-traditional way.

Tech Innovator in the UK - KPMG’s annual pitch competition Tech Innovator has uncovered some of the most exciting and innovative tech-based scale-ups the UK has to offer.
Nicole has been at KPMG for 15 years, starting her career at KPMG as a School Leaver. The programme allowed Nicole to work in the TMT audit practice while studying for a BSc in Accounting at the University of Exeter and also training to become a CA with ICAS.
Nicole also sits on the Advisory Board for Global Tech Advocates and London Tech Advocates and acts as Treasurer for Global Women's right Charity - The Circle.
