Mei is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Economics team, focusing on regulatory finance and telecoms economics. Mei has worked across a range of projects including the review of Fair Value Assessments under the FCA’s Consumer Duty Regulations, profitability analysis in relation to CMA Market Studies and Investigations, and telecoms policy and strategy for telcos and government departments. She has completed secondments to the Competition Markets Authority and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
