Jill has over two decades of HR experience and across multiple sectors and regulated businesses. Prior to KPMG, Jill was at HSBC and held a number of senior HR roles as part of the Global HR Executive team. Jill started her career at Ford Motor Company where she was involved in a number of transformation programmes to change working practices and build the firm’s capability in lean manufacturing & engineering.
