        Gwyn has spent 19 years advising on major programmes and projects to deliver new hospital development, defence estate, university development and regeneration of towns and cities. Clients include public sector bodies such as NHS trusts, MOD, local authorities and universities alongside developers, contractors, investors and lending institutions.
