Emma Larcombe is a Partner at KPMG specialising in Public Sector audit. She has over 20 years’ experience delivering financial statements audit, Value for Money reporting and wider assurance services across local and central government, housing associations, NHS bodies, charities and the education sector, as well as private sector organisations including care homes.
Emma is CIPFA and ICAS qualified and leads KPMG’s Public Sector Practice across East Anglia, with responsibility for a dedicated team based in the Cambridge office. Alongside her audit partner role, Emma has held a number of people focused leadership roles and is a strong advocate for wellbeing, reflecting her commitment to inclusive leadership and the development of high performing teams.
