Phil is a client-focused IT management professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He has worked in a wide variety of roles, delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions in Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. Phil has successfully delivered many complex integrated solutions using a wide range of technologies for clients in many different sectors including Financial Services, Not for Profit, Government Agencies, Media, Retail and Construction.
Phil has also extensive experience in managing large multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and utilised a number of delivery methodologies including enterprise scale Agile delivery. He has managed projects based in the UK and a number of multi-national system implementations
Throughout his career Phil has built strong client relationships and is comfortable operating at all levels within an organisation including C-suite stakeholders. He has also had extensive experience in career coaching and mentoring.
