Anna is a Director in KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Services team, supporting clients across the Midlands region. Anna has 25 years of transfer pricing and wider UK tax experience within KPMG and also as International Tax Manager at multinational telecoms group AT&T. Prior to 2013 Anna undertook a mixed UK and international tax advisory and reporting role, including five years in M&A Tax providing tax structuring and due diligence services. Since 2013 she has specialised in transfer pricing (TP), providing advice to multinationals on policy setting, implementation and defence.
Anna has led many UK, European and global TP policy design projects. More recently Anna has been the lead advisor on a number of IP and value chain design and implementation projects. These projects have been built on core business changes, acquisitions and internationalisation bringing the need to re-design TP policies to align with the operating and people model of groups.
Anna works across a variety of sectors, but is most experienced in diversified industrials such as manufacturing, automotive and logistics; as well as consumer goods, food packaging, advertising and retail. Anna’s current and historical clients range from large listed multinational automotive manufacturers through to rapidly-expanding privately-owned businesses which require assistance with their growth plans and TP operating model.
Anna advises on all aspects of TP and related international tax issues, including tax implications of expanding into new territories and cash repatriation matters. This wider experience enables her to provide pragmatic, commercial and holistic TP advice and solutions that consider the wider international tax picture and risks.
