Amiya is a Partner in KPMG UK’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Business Services (GBS) Advisory practice, based in London. He has 25 years of experience in working with large, multinational companies to deliver and manage some of the largest, most ambitious and innovative GBS transformation programmes in the world.
Core skills include extensive experience working with Board-level Leaders to create the GBS strategy, vision and brand, alongside operational management, transformational delivery and strong commercial acumen, including BPO negotiation and contract management.
Amiya also brings a unique 360o view of the GBS market: as a Client, with responsibility for GBS service delivery (both captive and outsourced), as Client Delivery Lead for two global BPO Vendors and as a trusted advisor with three of the leading GBS & BPO consultancies.
Before joining KPMG, Amiya held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, including as the UK GBS and BPO Advisory Leader. He has also held transformation and programme leadership roles across consulting, industry and outsourcing organisations.
