Amiya is a Partner in KPMG UK’s BPO and Global Business Services Advisory practice, based in London. He has more than 25 years’ experience advising organisations on business transformation, shared services, outsourcing, global delivery models and operating model design.
He works with clients to develop and implement BPO and GBS strategies, improve service delivery, shape sourcing models and deliver complex transformation programmes across multiple industries and geographies. His experience also includes business integration and separation, M&A support, benchmarking, business process transformation and global sourcing.
Before joining KPMG, Amiya held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, including UK GBS and BPO Advisory Leader and Director of Global Business Services. He has also held transformation and programme leadership roles across consulting, industry and outsourcing organisations.
