Saloni is a director in KPMG’s real estate deal advisory tax team providing tax advisory services to a wide range of clients in the real estate and funds sector. She has over 14 years of experience in this sector where she has provided tax structuring advice and due diligence services on a number of large and complex residential and commercial property transactions.
Saloni also has extensive experience in advising on UK REIT structures and on projects involving the set-up and implementation of UK, pan-European and global funds and managing the delivery of tax advisory services provided from a number of KPMG offices across the international member firm network. Saloni is a member of the British Property Federation Tax Committee.
