Richard is Head of Tax for London region and leads our core Corporate Tax and Advisory Team across London and the South East. He has over 25 years of professional experience in overseeing tax compliance support, managing global compliance engagements, advising groups on international tax matters, structuring, intra-group corporate and debt re-organisations, managing IP and supporting clients with M&A including preparing owners and businesses for exit events.
