Patrick has over 10 years of audit, accounting, and acquisition/disposal experience with KPMG. He works as part of the US Accounting and Reporting Group in London, specialising in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and PCAOB auditing requirements. Patrick joined KPMG London after spending 8 years in the United States in the audit and risk advisory practice.
Patrick has served insurance, financial services, and retail companies in the United States ranging in size from small local companies to Fortune 100 companies with international operations.
Patrick has specific experience in traditional property & casualty products, equity indexed fixed annuities, fixed annuities, variable annuities, traditional life insurance products, accident & health products, trade credit insurance, crop insurance, complex reinsurance arrangements, a wide variety of insurance company investments, and mutual companies. He also has specific experience in the investment management and separate accounts of insurance companies as well as property & casualty self insurance and captives of Fortune 100 companies
