James is a Director in the UK Integration and Separation Team within Deal Advisory. He has over seven years’ experience of supporting clients on both buy and sell-side transactions, predominantly within the Life Sciences sector.
James has worked on some of the largest global deals, across many therapeutic areas, in recent times from inception to completion. More recently, he has specifically supported technical operations workstreams including manufacturing, supply chain and procurement including full site separation, development and operationalisation of long-term supply agreements and supply continuity.
