Daniel is a Partner in KPMG UK’s transfer pricing team and is currently leading the Deals and Asset Management Team. Prior to this role he held other senior leadership roles, spending three years as the Head of Tax and Legal for the North; with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle and six years as the National Head of Transfer Pricing for KPMG in the UK.
Daniel has over 30 years of experience advising on corporate tax matters and has spent the last 20 years advising on transfer pricing, providing strategic tax advice, and supporting on relationships with HMRC and wider tax authorities.
He has a deep specialism in transfer pricing financing transactions and was a founder member of HMRC’s Thin Cap Forum and a regular speaker on the subject. He now spends much of his time advising on transfer pricing matters arising from Deal activity.
Daniel has a wide of clients, from large listed corporates, co-operatives and privately owned and private equity backed businesses.
