Brendan has over 24 years of experience in operations and management with KPMG and within industry. He has delivered multiple complex operations, including several very high profile CDD engagements to an extremely high standard of quality and output. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring that all clients receive the same, consistently high level of service that he has become known for. He particularly enjoys finding ways to improve operations across multiple measures including quality, customer experience, productivity, throughput and colleague engagement.
