Sophie oversees the management of KPMG UK’s Board Leadership Centre, leading a team that provides resources and support for board members. This includes delivering insights on the most challenging issues facing boards today, hosting a programme of exclusive events and roundtable discussions for non-executive directors, and offering guidance for those navigating career transitions or new appointments.
In addition, Sophie manages the firm’s relationships with the investment community in the UK and leads the Investor Insights Programme – a forum that brings together investors and auditors to share perspectives on how corporate reporting, governance and stewardship can evolve to meet stakeholders’ needs today and in the future.
Sophie began her career with KPMG in Montreal in 2007, working on some of the office’s largest audits. She moved to the UK firm in 2012, specialising in audits of listed groups across sectors including industrial manufacturing and media.
