Moyra is Deal Advisory Risk Management Partner and is a member of the Firm’s Risk Executive. She provides technical, professional practice and risk management advice to the Transaction Advisory Services, Mergers, Acquisition and Debt, Strategy Group, and Infrastructure Advisory Group, Super Service Lines.
Moyra qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and prior to moving into a risk management role developed extensive Deal Advisory delivery experience, advising clients on domestic, global, and capital markets transactions. Moyra is a member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty Technical Committee and the ICAEW Technical Strategy Board.
